No matter how hard you try?
Here are some easy steps which will give you better results within few days.
If you want to do paschimottanasana or forward bending, you just need to start your practice with straight back.
🔸Put your back straight through out the practice and slowly move your hands on the floor with forward bending. practice this 10-15 times.
🔸Hold your feet and push them inside just for 10 times.
🔸Bend forward and try to touch the knees with your chest.
🔸Bend your knees and lay forward by chest and slowly move your legs and hold in the final position.
Try this sequence and see the results slowly you can do paschimotanasana by yourself
