I wandered downtown Toronto for a few hours on a cold day in January. I arrived by train and got to see some of my favorite Toronto sites, including Graffiti Alley where Rick Mercer shot the Rick’s Rants section of This Hour Has 22 Minutes – a favorite of my childhood. I also was so joyed to see locals out enjoying the weather at a local skating rink, learning how to skate. It was also a real Canadian wonder to see a tall ship in Lake Ontario surrounded by frozen ice all around.

Via Rail Station, Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Front Street, Blue Jays Stadium, Roundhouse Park Railway Museum, Boardwalk Skating, Tall Ship Empire Sandy in Frozen Lake Ontario, Tall Buildings in downtown core including Princess Theatre, Graffiti Alley, Queen Street, Chinatown
