This is a synth based on most modern Federal Signal UV (Ultravoice) Electric Siren Controllers, with quick one second windups and no hiccups. Simulated distance is about 75 Feet at an area with many buildings for reverb (such as at a college campus). Other simulated MODs in this video are approximately at 1/3 of a mile distance. Both drawings of the MOD 6024 and DSA are by me. I plan on doing a Whelen, all tones synth very soon.
Signals - These are the standard 7 signals, Whoop is not included in this synth.

0:04 - Wail Tone, also known as, attack tone by most siren enthusiasts
2:02 - Steady Tone, also known as, alert tone
3:20 - Alternating Steady, also known as, Hi-Lo tone
4:41 - Pulsed Steady, can be referred to, Pulse or Pulsed Alert
6:13 - Pulsed Wail, can be referred to, Pulsed Attack
7:32 - Westminster, otherwise known as Westminster Chime
7:55 - Alternating Wail, this is not entirely accurate in this synth, I'll make another
