Another way we are able to provide superior care is by providing training and mentorship for new doctors. One of the programs we offer is our "Pedo Boot Camp," in which Dr. Bishop spends a week in our state-of-the-art sim lab with new dentists, coaching them on how to be more proficient providers for the unique needs of kids.
This weeklong program offers extensive one-on-one training with mannequins, as well as classroom discussions that not only teach the clinical aspects of kids' dentistry but also help these new docs gain confidence in communicating their treatment plans.
