2024 Update
Be careful megadosing with Omega 3. A recent 2024 study showed an increased risk of atrial fibrillation (irregular heart rhythm) for people with high cholesterol taking more than 1,000 mg of Omega 3 (EPA+DHA) daily. It still has benefits for reducing heart disease at under 1,000 mg.

These are really good because you get a high amount of Omega3, plus some Vitamin D, and they're almost burpless. I get a fish burp about once a week and I take three pills daily. Always take with food and drink lots of water after taking these to decrease fish burps.

I get joint pain in my wrists and my left knee. I take three pills every day and the joint pain is significantly reduced, like almost gone. It's the closest to normal that I can experience. The paint won't go away right away because it takes a long time for Omega-3 to build up in your body. Give it 1-2 weeks before you start noticing the effects of taking Omega 3. After 3-4 weeks it should be at full strength.

The daily recommended amount of Vitamin D is 600-800 UI. This contains 1,000 UI, so as long as you are not Vitamin D deficient, this meets your daily Vitamin D needs.
