DAY IN THE LIFE WITH A NEWBORN | 8 week old baby + first time mum

Описание: hello, I am so excited to share with you a day in the life with a newborn. April is 8 weeks old and this is what out 'typical' day looks like!
I follow a loose routine throughout the day:

7am - Wake up - Get ready for the day, have a bottle, some singing
8am - First nap of the day
9:30/10am - Awake time - Tummy time, read books, play with sensory toys, has another bottle
11/11:30am - Second nap of the day
12/12:30pm - Awake time - Singing & another bottle
2:00pm - Third nap of the day
4:00pm - Awake Time - Another bottle / a bit more play time
5:30pm - Last nap of the day
6:15pm - Calming awake time - reading
6:30pm - Start bedtime routine
7:30pm - Down for the night
Times etc will change throughout the day depending how long her naps last, as well as what happens in awake times etc, however, this is roughly what our day consists off.
