Looking for a very hot/spicy yet a simple, quick and unique side dish recipe for rice? If yes, try this quick and easy green chilli fry recipe or mirchi fry recipe milagai varuval.
INGREDIENTS:
Green chillies - 15 (or as needed)
Oil - 1 tbsp (adjust the quantity based on the number of green chillies)
Salt - to taste
HEAT:
Low to low-medium
STEPS:
1) Slit the green chillies
2) Stuff it with salt to taste
3) Heat a pan
2) Add 1 tablespoon of oil
3) Add the stuffed green chillies
4) Fry until the green chillies turn soft
5) Turn off the heat
TIPS:
1) Use fresh green chillies
2) The spice level of this recipe depends on the spice level of the green chillies you are using
3) Your hand might burn for a while after slitting the green chillies, wash properly and apply some coconut oil
4) This recipe tastes good when served immediately, avoid refrigerating and reheating.
5) Keep the flame level as low as possible
