Featuring Microplane's iconically ultra sharp, photo etched blade technology, the Flexi Zesti creates flavorful and aromatic zest quickly and effortlessly from the peel of citrus fruit without removing the bitter white pith. The Flexi Zesti is designed with a built-in chamber to conveniently capture and store fresh zest. To retrieve the zest, simply pull off the silicone top and turn the tool upside down. Styled in crisp white with a choice of orange, green and yellow accents.
