In this video, I open my heart and share the story of my daughter’s stillbirth. This is the most vulnerable thing I’ve ever spoken about publicly, but I believe stories like this matter.
I talk about the moment I found out, the delivery and what stillbirth grief has really felt like. My hope is that another parent who feels lost, broken, or alone might find comfort in my words.
Stillbirth changes you. But we are allowed to talk about it. We are allowed to say their names. We are allowed to grieve.
