DIVINE ENCOUNTER: When the Living Word Manifests His Mighty Hand

THE WORD OF GOD: THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT
The Scriptures proclaim in Hebrews 13:8: "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." This eternal covenant became manifest when the Lord spoke "Ephphatha" - "Be opened!" - over these children, even as Jesus did in Mark 7:34. The Word of God is quick and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). When the Lord speaks forth His Word, mountains are removed, the captives are set free, and His glory is revealed.
