What an unforgettable night filled with celebration, recognition, and holiday cheer! This year’s Annual Awards of Excellence and Christmas Party was nothing short of spectacular, bringing together the entire JCRZ Realty family to honor achievements, share moments of joy, and toast to a successful year.

The event was graced by the leadership of our CEO, Reymart Zuniega, and featured an inspiring talk by guest speaker Coach Migs Flores, who shared valuable insights on the CEO Mindset. Our incredible teams, developers, and partners made this celebration even more meaningful, showcasing the power of collaboration and excellence.

We were thrilled to welcome our partner developers, including P.A Properties, P.A Hankyu Hanshin, Raemulan Lands Inc., RM Garcat Corporation, Sibulo Construction Devt. Corp, and many others who joined us in celebrating this milestone.

A big shoutout to the amazing teams under JCRZ Realty—Dynamic Team, DNXTGEN Team, Primemitive Team, Prime Team, Alpha Team, and Reliable Team—for their dedication and spirit that continue to drive our success.

The night was packed with fun and competition! Maxwell Maduli wowed us all to win the singing contest, while the Primemitive Team owned the stage in the dance battle. The best cowboy outfits of the night went to Joshua Ferrera and Micha Unipa, adding extra flair to the celebration.

We also recognized outstanding achievements during the awarding ceremonies. From quarterly incentives and October 2024 level-up awards to the prestigious annual awards in the Sales Associate, Sales Manager, and Team Heads categories, every winner exemplified excellence and dedication. Special awards included Most Improved Seller (April Rose & JM Maduli), Rookie of the Year (Henry Sotto), and Most Valuable Producer (Catherine & Jason Villavicencio).

This year, we celebrated our Millionaires Awardees, recognizing those who achieved ₱1 Million in accumulated commissions. We also proudly announced the promotion of Jeanfhel Chavez and Catherine & Jason Villavicencio to Junior Sales Directors, marking a new chapter in their careers.

The highlight of the night was honoring Meriam Dacara as Employee of the Year, who received a plaque and ₱10,000 cash in recognition of her exceptional contributions.

No party is complete without exciting raffles! From attendance prizes to the grand raffle, where Karissa Cabrera took home the grand prize of ₱50,000, everyone left with smiles and memories to cherish.

Every awardee received a plaque and certificate, and all cash raffle winners walked away with their prizes on the spot.
