unboxing the printer:
Open the printer box and remove all items from the box.
Gently remove all the protective materials on the printer.
Place the printer on a flat surface.


power connection

Plug the printer using the power cord provided with the printer box
Turn on the printer.


Install ink cartridges

Remove the HP Officejet Pro 8025 series Tri-color ink cartridges from the pack.
Remove the copper color stripe from the ink cartridges.
Install the ink cartridges to their respective slots.


Load paper and adjust paper with guides

On the bottom of your printer, open the input paper tray.
Place some plain paper on the input paper tray.
Close the input paper tray.


Software setup guide

On your computer side, Open any internet browser.
Search for 123.hp.com and enter your printer model number.
For example:- HP Officejet Pro 8025.
Download the basic set of Officejet Pro 8025 series drivers.
Install the printer driver and follow the on-screen instruction.


Wireless setup

There are two options available to connect your printer through wireless.
1. Using the WPS method.
2. Using the Wi-Fi direct method.

WPS Method:

On your printer screen, select the wireless option.
In the Wireless option, select the wireless LAN option.
Press and hold the WPS button for 10-15 seconds.
Enter the WPS pin (provided on the bottom of your router)
Now your printer and computer are connected with the same router.

Through the Direct Wi-Fi Method:

Press the wireless button on your printer.
Open the control panel on your computer.
Search for the wireless network.
Select your printer in the available list.
Set your printer as the default printer.
Now, your HP Officejet Pro 8025 series printer is connected wirelessly
