How to rebuild Puch VS50LF engine | Tunturi Maxi moped RESTORATION (Part 6)

Описание: In this episode I disassemble and completely rebuild and restore the Puch VS50LF 50cc engine. I had two engines which I used to get one perfectly functioning engine. I also needed one of the engines blocks which includes the engine’s serial number so it fits to the moped’s serial number. That is needed to get the moped in museum register.

The restoration took me 15 days and most of that time passed with cleaning, brushing and polishing the parts. The engine itself was pretty simple and I also had structual drawings / exploded views of the engine for the process. That’s how it was so easy to build, even though it was time to time a bit tricky but mainly easy. I learned a lot during this rebuild / restoration!
