Live acrylic painting demonstration where I'll be creating a dramatic sky from scratch on a small 10x8 inch wood board.
I absolutely love painting skies. The mood, the movement, the drama of those clouds. And in this live session I'm going to walk you through my whole process, from the very first marks right through to the finished piece.
I'll be working with Golden Fluid Acrylics using a beautiful limited palette of:
Quinacridone Magenta
Phthalo Blue
Titanium White
Hansa Yellow
Paynes Grey
Acrylic Matt Medium.
For brushes I'll be using my favourite Rosemary & Co Ivory Flats and a Classic Filbert, which are honestly some of the most wonderful brushes to paint with.
