INGREDIENTS -

Ingredients for Tiranga Dhokla
Rava – 1 cup
Curd/ Yogurt – 1 cup
Pasted Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Salt – 2 + 2 + 2 pinches
Eno – ¼ + ¼ + ¼ tsp
Grated Carrot – 2 table spoon
Edible oil – 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2 (cut)
Curry leaves – 15 to 20 leaves
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves

Note –
Cook each layer of Dhokla for 5 minutes before adding the next layer to it

तिरंगा ढोकला की सामग्री
रवा - १ कप​
दही - १ कप​
पीसा हुआ धनिया – १/४ कप​
नमक - २ + २ + २ चुटकी
ईनो – १/४ + १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
किसी हुई गाजर - २ चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - २ चम्मच​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - २ (कटी हुई)
कढी पत्ता - १५ से २० पत्ते
हींग - १।४ छोटा चम्मच​
धिनया के पत्ते

ध्यान रखें –
ढोकले की हर लेयर को ५ मिनट पकाने के बाद ही अगली लेयर लगाएं
