TWIN BREASTFEEDING JOURNEY: Low Supply

Описание: When my twins were born prematurely at 35 weeks I suffered from HELLP syndrome and could not breastfeed right away. Add to that - I was stuck at the hospital 4 days longer than the boys, I did not get off on the best start for breastfeeding.

The twin breastfeeding demand is high so I have what is considered a low supply. I am working with a lactation specialist and am sharing the tips and strategies we are using to boost my milk supply for the twins.

I share my pump, schedule, what output we have right now and supplements as well as all of the things I'm using to make this journey they easiest as possible. I share the best hands-free pumping bra and electric pump as well.
