Ingredients:

1 & 1/2 cup Warm Milk
2 tbsp Butter
1 & 1/2 Cup Plain Flour (maida)
1/4th Cup Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4th tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Coffee Powder
A pinch of Salt
Chocolate Sauce
Honey

Method:

Mix butter with milk and keep aside.
In a bowl add maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coffee powder. Mix everything well.
Add milk as required and make pouring consistency batter.
Heat a pan and apply little oil or butter.
Pour the pancake batter. Keep the flame low all the time.
Once tiny bubbles appear on top immediately flip the pancake. Let it cook from other side.
Once completely cook, take it out on a plate.
Serve with chocolate sauce and honey.
