FGN (Fujigen J. Classic) Jazz Bass Review

In this video, I review my recently acquired 2019 FGN J. Classic, Made In Japan Jazz Bass.

It is a gorgeous bass and although I bought it second-hand, it presents almost immaculately. I have made modifications and decided not to do any sound samples in this video.

The changes I made to the FGN J. Classic Jazz Bass include:

Hipshot KickAss bridge
Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound pickups (middle and bridge positions)

Jim Dunlop strap holders
Restrung the bass with a set of La Bella 760FS standard long scale flatwound bass strings

I should also add, the bass weighs approximately 9.5lbs.
