This week on Wednesdays at Wilton, we’re sharing a holiday-sized glimpse into the reason we’re restoring Braemar in the first place. Family.

Veronica and I didn’t buy this home to flip it, list it, or “see what the market does.” We weren’t looking for a historic house. We were looking for more space for our family. We bought the house to build a life in it — for Meyli and Kavi as they grow into their next chapters, for Aviana as she discovers hers, and for all of us, and we’re still chipping away at making this historic house whole again.

This episode is less about renovation details and more about “why” we’re doing any of this at all. You’ll catch our crew in Christmas pajamas, a few “the drywall is up” moments from the third floor (future teen territory), Aviana’s room taking shape, and the main level spaces — kitchen, dining, sitting room — slowly getting their heartbeat back. This is a quick look at the interior refresh that will help Braemar and our family live a little stronger this coming year.
