In investment, he is a co-founder of Walkerville Capital. Owing to his extensive business and legal backgrounds, Mr. Trenhaile has taken a natural role in the Private Equity Industry focused on real estate development. Current projects underway in Windsor's core top $35 million, and include 374 Ouellette (Canada Building), 691 Ouellette, 703-17 Ouellette (Knights of Columbus Building) and 493 University Road West.

In a previous life, Mr. Trenhaile was an All-Canadian member of the storied University of Windsor Track and Field team, and continues to live and invest in the Windsor area. He believes a city is only as good as its core, and remains hell-bent on seeing it thrive during his lifetime.
