hi i have done this video on the Nevaeh bower bag ,in the pattern it is a drop in lining, i have done this with a binding finish as i struggle with drop in linings around zippers like this , do not be afraid of binding it is another skill to master , i have used the same ripstop fabric to make the binding as the lining fabric ,i also cut it to 1.5" wide, i hope you enjoy this video unfortunately my sewing machine was not very happy so had a few issues there and a couple of brain farts, we all have days were things go wrong though user error but part of sewing is knowing how to put these right or turn them into design features 😊
