In anticipation of PopUpTober, I'll be showing you a way to create a virtual model that may help speed up the production of your 3D ideas, including pop-up cards!
Circuit Sketcher is Chibitronics' new digital design tool that allows you to play around with paper circuit components virtually, experiment, make mistakes, and tinker without using up physical materials (such as tapes and LEDs).
While it is still in development, meaning that it can occasionally be buggy, the idea is that it allows you to play and build confidence in your circuit building skills, and work out some mistakes, so that by the time you are ready to work with the actual materials, you feel comfortable at what you’re building.
As you play, we hope that you’ll share your ideas and feedback with us. We'd love to hear what you think!
