Shangri-la, Tibetan Food, Yunnan, China 🇨🇳

Then of course there's some eating, this time, Tibetan cuisine, yak meat stir fry, yak momos and rice with er......yoghurt and sugar.

This episode was all filmed whilst in the grip of a dose of altitude sickness. I wasn't going to film and just stay in bed......but I had already written the script! I hope you enjoy :)

Tour Guide:

Prior to arriving in Shangri-la I got a guide who met me at Lijiang airport, showed me around Lijiang for the day, drove me to Tiger Leaping Gorge and then we did a two day hike together. After this he drove me and dropped me off in Shangri-la. I don’t use guides often but it was necessary in this instance. The guide was a gentleman and a certified legend. A very warm character, knowledgeable and intelligent. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Details below.
