Same Day Foccacia

420ml warm water (between 38-42 degrees)
1 Tablespoon Instant Yeast
2 Tablespoon oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
3 Cups Bakers Flour


-Wisk together warm water, yeast, honey, oil an a pinch of salt and leav for 10min
-Mix in flour with knife cover and sit for 15min
-Fold dough wit wet hands then cover and sit for another 15min
-Stretch and fold dough, Oil then cover for 2hours
-Oil Tray, put the dough in tray. Stretch and fol in tray. Cover a sit until dough fills the tray or overnight.
-Dimple holes it fingers then add toppings of choice
-Cook 18-22min 220 degrees
