Arizona PRAMS is a joint research project run by the Arizona Department of Health Service and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Each month PRAMS asks 1 in 30 new mothers in Arizona to share their experiences before, during and after pregnancy. Our survey explores topics such as healthcare access, social determinants of health, birth experience and more. Moms can respond to our survey over the phone or through the mail and will receive a $30 thank you gift for their participation.
It is important for healthcare providers to talk to moms about the Arizona PRAMS survey, so they can feel comfortable and safe completing it. Providers can help increase awareness of our program by sharing information about PRAMS with your patients and partnering with us to increase our outreach.
