Mirror work, to me, is a way to reflect on my reactions when I speak affirmations. It is also a form of inner work that allows us to realize where our energetic blocks are and a connective time to ask divine for advice. There are different ways to work on your inner self in addition to mirror work such as journaling and getting out into nature. No matter what your method of mirror work you prefer, the key is to disconnect from distractions and establish a connection to the divine.
