China unveils world's FIRST 2D-silicon hybrid flash chip with record speed and 94% memory yield

Описание: Following the publication of the world's fastest two-dimensional (2D) flash memory prototype device, "PoX," by Fudan University's Zhou Peng and Liu Chunsen team in Nature in April, the team announced the world's first 2D-silicon hybrid architecture flash memory chip, "Chang Ying (CY-01)," on October 8th.

This achievement marks a critical breakthrough in overcoming the engineering challenges of novel 2D information devices.
