In the summer of 2002, Angie Stone and her band performed at the Stockholm Jazz Festival.
The concert was partially broadcast on Swedish national TV and I recorded it on VHS and I share it now. I write these words, with sorrow in my heart, as Angie passed away just a few days ago. The concert in 2002 was met with rave reviews in all the Swedish media and those who attended all agree it was something extraordinary, a night to remember.
This video recording is precious.
