XPulse 210 Gear Issue: Hero Premia ruined it?

After facing a persistent gear-upshift issue on my Hero XPulse 210 since my clutch lever replacement, I finally took it to the Premia service center on Feb 17, 2026. What followed was a nightmare of technical incompetence and rude behavior.

In this video, I break down the entire heated argument and the technical failures of the staff at Hero Premia, Mohana Motors at Velacherry, Chennai. From mechanics who don't understand basic clutch free play to a service advisor named Ram who was incredibly rude, this was the worst experience I’ve had as a rider. Despite my 2nd service at 3300kms supposedly "fixing" the issue, the bike remains risky to ride.
