Описание: When Lien James turned 50, she became an active runner. In the last 20-plus years, she has completed 136 marathons around the world. In the summer months, Lien was swimming 50 to 100 laps a day, and her shoulder started causing her pain. She met with Dr. Brent Wiesel, chief of shoulder service at the MedStar Orthopaedic Institute, and was diagnosed with severe arthritis in shoulder.
