Описание: Judgemental people will come and go. The fact is that throughout our life, we will come into contact with all sorts of different people. So with this in mind, we need to understand what’s really going on when we see someone as judgemental.

Dealing with judgemental people is actually less about knowing how to respond to judgement from others, and more about understanding what’s causing us to perceive judgement in the first place.

What is “judgement”? What means are we attaching to things that others do or say? What we really need to change is the meanings that WE create, and how WE respond to those meanings.

It’s less about “dealing with other people”, and more about “dealing with our own response of other people”.

“Difficult people” are a perception that exists only in our own mind.
