Ingredientes:
1 y 1/2 kilo de cordero
2 cebollas rojas
1 cebolla blanca
150 ml de vino blanco
2-3 cucharadas de harina
1 pimiento choricero
4-5 ajos
1 cayena
1 cucharada de pimentón
2-3 hojas de laurel
sal y aceite.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 kilo of lamb
2 red onions
1 white onion
150 ml of white wine
2-3 tablespoons of flour
1 chorizo pepper
4-5 garlic
1 cayenne
1 tablespoon of paprika
2-3 bay leaves
salt and oil.
