▬▬▬ 📗 Ingredients 📗 ▬▬▬
For Sukha Green Chutney (सूखी हरी चटनी):
• 1 cup Coriander leaves with stems (धनिया पत्ती)
• ½ cup Mint leaves (पुदीना)
• 2–3 Spicy green chillies (तीखी हरी मिर्च)
• 3–4 Mild green chillies (कम तीखी हरी मिर्च)
• 2 small pieces Ginger (अदरक)
• 12–15 Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता)
• ¼ tsp Asafoetida (हींग)
• 2 tsp Cumin seeds (जीरा)
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (साबुत धनिया)
• ½ tsp Salt (नमक)
• ½ tsp Black salt (काला नमक)
• ½ tsp Dry mango powder (आमचूर पाउडर)
• 1 cup Roasted chana dal / Dalia (भुना चना / दालिया)
For Sukha Bhel (सूखी भेल):
• 2 cups Puffed rice (कुरमुरा / मुरमुरा)
• ¼ cup Masala peanuts (मसाला मूंगफली)
• 2 tbsp Roasted chana dal (चना दाल)
• 3–4 Papdi crushed (पापड़ी)
• ¼ cup finely chopped Onion (प्याज)
• ¼ cup finely chopped Tomato (टमाटर)
• ¼ cup finely chopped Raw mango (कच्ची कैरी)
• ½ cup Boiled potatoes chopped (उबले आलू)
• 2–3 tbsp Sukhi green chutney (सूखी हरी चटनी)
• 1–2 tbsp Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
• ½ tsp Chaat masala (चाट मसाला)
• ½ cup Nylon sev (नायलॉन सेव)
• 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped (हरा धनिया)
For Spicy Green Chutney (तीखी हरी चटनी):
• 2 tbsp Roasted chana dal soaked (दालिया)
• 1 handful Coriander leaves with stems (धनिया)
• ½ handful Mint leaves (पुदीना)
• 5–6 Spicy green chillies (हरी मिर्च)
• 3–4 pieces Ginger (अदरक)
• 4–5 Garlic cloves (लहसुन)
• ½ tsp Cumin seeds (जीरा)
• 2 tsp Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
• 1 tsp Salt (नमक)
• 3–4 Ice cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े)
• 2–3 tbsp Water (पानी)
For Light Restaurant Style Chutney (रेस्टोरेंट स्टाइल चटनी):
• ¼ cup Thick curd (गाढ़ी दही)
• 2–3 tbsp Prepared green chutney (हरी चटनी)
• Salt or chaat masala to taste (नमक / चाट मसाला)
