How to write ladder logic in TIA portal for the Siemens S7-1200 CPU to complete scene 4 of the Factory I/O simulation software.
In the premade scene 4 of the factory io software you group boxes into groups of 3 and then send the group down the conveyor together. There are two conveyor outputs and two photo-eye inputs that you'll need to use. The basic idea is that you run the second conveyor only when there is a box blocking the first eye. Once your counter reaches three, you stop the first conveyor and let the second run until the exit sensor counts that all three have exited. Once that happens you revert back to the original mode of operation and the system repeats.
