Choosing the right kettlebell for you can be hard, especially if you’re hoping to build a full collection that can follow you as you grow your skill, knowledge and ability with your kettlebells.
Here are the advantages and disadvantages of choosing cast-iron vs competition kettlebells as I have experienced them over the last 10 years of kettlebell use.
I’m not saying that I’ve covered every point in this video but hopefully given you some food for thought when it comes to how you should be considering your kettlebell purchases as I know that I’ve had to resell some kettlebells that I bought in the early days as I ended up having kettlebells in my collection that didn’t serve my goals as I grew into kettlebells as my main style of training.
