If you have leftover over ripe bananas, don’t throw them away!
You can make and Eggless Banana Cake with these bananas!
This simple recipe of Eggless Banana Cake requires only 10 minutes to get together and a good 45 minutes to bake.
I have added walnuts & chocolate chips to the Eggless Banana Cake but you can also add any fruits & nuts of your choice.
This recipe of the Eggless Banana Cake is also a vegan cake recipe for we don’t use any butter in it but oil.

Recipe:
Eggless Banana Cake
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 35 minutes
Serves: 4-5
Ingredients:
3 over ripe bananas (300 grams)
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
½ cup caster sugar
½ cup neutral flavoured oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat your oven at 180C for 10 minutes or place a lid on the kadhai, place a ring at the bottom and preheat it.
Prepare the baking time by lining it with baking paper.
Toss chopped walnuts and cocoa powder in 1 tsp flour.
Sieve flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl.
Peel and chop the bananas. Add them to a bowl and mash them with a fork. You can also use a blender to mash the bananas.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla extract.
Mix thoroughly so that the oil mixes evenly with the banana puree and the sugar dissolves.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients very well.
Add the chopped walnuts & choco chips and fold again.
Pour the batter in a loaf pan.
Gently tap and shake the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven or kadhai for 45 to 50 mins or until a wooden skewer or toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
Cool the cake, gently remove the cake from the pan.
Slice and Serve.
