This guided somatic practice will help you connect with your body and feel more calm, grounded and centered within yourself. You will be guided into a state of deeply relaxed embodied presence, allowing you to feel at ease and at home in your own skin.
The skill we cultivate in this practice is known as interoception (internal + perception), a fundamental tenet of nervous system regulation. Interoception allows the brain and body to reconnect safely when they have become fragmented or disconnected due to stress or overwhelm. It also supports healthy vagal tone, building capacity and resilience in the nervous system.
The practice has no pre-requisites and is suitable for all. Please use headphones for the best sound quality.
