I’ve been called dumb, and that I don’t “understand” how taxes work? But aside from income or payroll taxes? Where do you think the money comes from? ….

You! Who owns the properties that are taxed? US. Who pays for the consumption tax? The consumers, duh. Who pays the corporation taxes? Corporate… but where do they get their money? Right, mostly us again.

So I know in previous examples I just used income and payroll taxes as a broad category, but it was in part to simplify the examples… stay tuned if you actually want complexity.
