Day 8 of my 30-day DaVinci Fusion challenge was one of the most intense days yet. I learned how to use Expressions and Macros to create a reusable animated bar for a graph. I built the bar using a Rectangle and Background, created custom controls, linked values using expressions, added color options, visibility controls, and even reused nodes as masks. Finally, I exported the whole setup as a Macro so I can drag it into future projects instantly.
Tomorrow, I’ll continue this and turn it into a full animated graph.
