This new video here is a continuation from that first video. I will show you how to enter Tesla Service Mode and how to perform a Battery Health Test. This allows you to see the battery degradation without driving and calculating things. Interesting is to see what the difference is between the test I did and the test the Tesla does.
The Tesla Battery Health Test takes up to 24hours, so be aware that you can not use the EV for this time. You need a level 2 charger with a minimum of 6kW output to perform this test. A level 1 charger will not work for this. If your using the Tesla Universal Mobile Connector and plugging into a regular household outlet you won't be able to test. You can use the Tesla UMC but need a 240VAC 40 amp outlet to plug into. This will allow you to use 32Amps continuous (7.6kW). A 30 amp outlet will not work since that allows for only 24amps continuous load which is only 5.7kW but the test requires a minimum of 6kW. If you have Tesla Wall Connector you should be fine.
