Описание: Winston hails from Chicago, Illinois, but has been working throughout Africa for seven years. Winston will be sharing about his story learning to lean into his truth which has resulted in him finding his way to Kenya. He is now the CEO of a financial technology company there serving African banks. Winston is from Chicago, USA, yet has spent the last seven years in North, West and East Africa in roles ranging from venture capital investor in startups to manager of product teams including at Nigerian payments giant Paystack. He is currently the CEO of a software technology company called Alvin which is serving African banks This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
