In this strength-building yoga sequence, you will:
Build foundational core power and shoulder stability (Plank, Chaturanga).
Test balance and oblique strength (Side Plank/Vasisthasana).
Ignite the abs and hip flexors (Boat Pose/Navasana).
Find grounding and intense focus in a standing balance pose (Eagle Pose/Garudasana).
