Описание: Good morning everyone hope you all doing alright. We have had news that it was the hottest April on record. Now its official by the met office that it's been the sunniest spring on record. Im sure its heading for the hottest summer on record, how long is a record ?. Soon football and cricket and other sports on our tv free, then fans instead of cardboard cut outs. Two metre between each fan and a controlled game. Things will look good feel good within a few month.

We will be grabbing a bargain at the clothes shops opening next week ( old stock ). I'm glad that we can have decent clothes at knockdown prices. Enjoy the last few days of spring and welcome in the summer.

A part of the mental health team phoned me a couple of days ago he wanted to see me. Looks like they do care after all. I get a yearly assestment, that to me seems a long time ! I will get the chocolate biscuits out and a cold drink with ice cubes .

There will be no forcing me to do anything, no change in medication those days are over. The case of trial and error and left sedated. Anyhow have a sizzling summer.
