In her speech Kaja Kallas said that Europe needs to reclaim its agency. To face these new rising challenges, it must be worked on a new European security policy. She takes inspiration from the Marvel Universe and says: "Heros are made by the path they choose, not the powers that they are graced with”. The path of the European Union is clear: defend Europe, secure our neighbourhoods and build partnership across the globe.
