Note that you have to also scan all the boss enemies, in all their phases if there is any (for example Zagi #408(phase 1) #409(phase 2) when the Estelle enters the battle) is missable - thx op op for the comment). But, you can re-do them in Namco Island later on (applicable to Definitive Edition of the game), so they are not really missable.

Synopsis #32 and #33, Ragou's Residence in Capua Nor: Limited time period. This dungeon is not accessible after you have cleared it. You need 8 Magic Lens for all enemies in this dungeon and for the events that follow afterwards. The affected entries are #067, #068, #069, #116, #183, #193 and #230. Entries #067 and #069 can also be fought during synopsis #35 on the ship but this is the last chance for them.

5:54 - #37 Seed
Synopsis #37, Caer Bocram: One-time battle against #290. This is a fake treasure chest which is fightable at any time, but once you win the battle against it, you cannot fight it again. This enemy also appears once in Keiv Moc.

6:16 - #463 Adecor, #464 Boccos
Synopsis #40, Heliord: One-time battle against #463 and #464

8:06 - #50 Bronze, #54 Zinc
Synopsis #46, Dahngrest: One-time battle against #050 and #054

8:30 - #436 Don
