Today, I walk you through how to replace the transmission mount on a 4th Gen F-Body 2000 Chevrolet (Chevy) Camaro SS with a 6-speed manual transmission. This applies to the Pontiac Firebird / Formula, Trans Am, and Firehawk 1993-2002.

This car has a shifter with WAY TOO MUCH movement - especially up/down under acceleration and throttle load. Sometimes this can also be symptomatic of bad motor mounts, but I did not see much motor movement in the engine bay while in gear and applying throttle load with the wheels blocked and clutch being let out slowly.
