I brought some good help for this one.
Now that the cradle is finished and sitting on good skids, I can start adding the staves and placing the end walls. I use a router to make a 1/2 inch deep groove in the staves to accept the end walls. As you can see in the video, this is surprisingly all it takes to keep the end wall standing until I can start adding staves. Once all the staves are added I can install the benches and the door. In the future I’ll add the bands that go around the circumference of the sauna and install the wood stove.
