Along with freezing temperatures, Sunday morning's winter storm brought ice, slick roads and power outages.
Skies will then clear Monday morning with wind chills dropping into the lower and middle teens in the Lakes Area to the middle to upper teens in the Triangle.
Actual low temperatures Monday morning will range from the low 20'a in the Lakes to the middle 20s in the Triangle.
Afternoon highs Monday afternoon will be in the upper 30s to near 40 under sunny skies.
