Traveling as a vegan can be challenging, but this Waitrose location truly exceeded my expectations with its variety, quality, and beautifully organized displays. I start with the fresh whole fruits, followed by the neatly packaged, pre-cut and prepared fruits that look as good as they taste. I also show the freshly pressed juice bar, which we enjoyed daily during our stay in Dubai, offering an impressive variety of fresh juice options. There is also a create-your-own salad counter, making it easy to grab a fresh and customized plant-based meal. The vegan yogurt section was one of the highlights, featuring a massive selection of Alpro vegan yogurts in many flavors, along with Cocos coconut milk yogurt. I’ve honestly never seen so many vegan yogurt options in one place. The store also has an amazing selection of vegan treats, including vegan marshmallows, Rhythm 108 chocolate, Hip oat milk chocolate, Hu chocolate, Raw Halo chocolate, Booja Booja cookie dough wonders, vegan truffles, gummies, and more. I also show the vegan cheese options like Violife and Babybel, plus a stunning display of dates stuffed with pistachios, walnuts, nut butters, tahini, and other fillings, stacked meticulously and beautifully.
