Greg was diagnosed with ASPD when he went to prison around 2011. He saw a second specialist in 2017. I am not a mental health professional. We are sharing our personal experience & things we've learned along the way.

I share my experience dating someone with antisocial personality disorder in an attempt to show you the person behind the diagnosis. They don't always fit the stereotype. I'm not sharing this to encourage you to date someone with ASPD.

Nothing about ASPD is cool. We are not trying to glamorize or romanticize this personality disorder. We are trying to encourage anyone with ASPD to seek treatment. Your life can really change when you enter therapy. This isn't the case for everyone, but it is the case for many.

Your mental illness isn't your fault, but it is your responsibility!
